Brokedown Middle Age Male

I haven't been on the blogosphere for over a week. Seems that I am not twenty-five anymore and I pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve while at the fitness center that landed me flat in bed for almost a week. I am still limping and in pain.

The only one that I can think of who is more brokedown than me has to be George Bush. What is happening with this guy?
